Investor relations

A seed-stage company building a trust category.

Every business is now asked how secure it is — by its customers, its insurer, its regulator — and every one of them asks on its own form. The answer is given from memory, checked by nobody, and given again next quarter to somebody else.

Our thesis is that business trust should be reusable. One assessment, taken once, checked rather than filed, published by the business it describes and read by everyone who would otherwise have sent a questionnaire. For the organisation that depends on suppliers, that is supplier assurance it can hold a whole portfolio to. For the supplier, it is the end of the twentieth form.

That is a category, not a feature: trust delivered as a service, with a managed security company accountable behind it. The company runs the security of the businesses that hire it; the platform, Spartan Trust, lets any business prove its standing whoever runs it. Each feeds the other.

Recognition

Five awards in two years, from two programmes.

Awards are recognition of the work, not evidence of a customer's security. The evidence is a Passport, and it is published by the business it describes.

Tell us who you are and what you are looking for. A person — the one who decides, not the one who forwards — answers. A data room is shared on request, after an introduction.

Your information

Your work address, so we can answer. Personal email providers are not accepted.

Company information

Location

If you chose another country, which one.

Street number and name, and the suite if there is one.

Your enquiry

Your fund or firm, and the stage you invest at.

We keep what you entered in the fields above and nothing more: a door that does not ask for something does not read it, even if the submission carries it. It goes into our own customer record and nowhere else. We also record that you agreed, and when. Ask us and we will delete all of it.

You are asked under Quebec’s Law 25. Nothing optional runs until you say yes, and anything that measures or profiles is off unless you turn it on. Each choice is separate, you can change or withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave it, and refusing has no consequence for you.
