What we collect, and who answers for it
Only the contact form on this site collects personal information. Everything optional is listed below, and nothing optional runs before you have said so.
Indominus Managed Security Inc. / Indominus Sécurité Gérée Inc. is the legal entity responsible for personal information collected through indominus.ms, within the meaning of Québec's Law 25 and Canada's federal privacy and anti-spam legislation.
If you see no cookie banner, it is because there is nothing to ask you — a statement about today, not a promise about tomorrow. Every optional trace this site could load is declared in one place in its source, the banner is built from that list, and the browser policy this site sends is computed from it: an undeclared tag cannot reach the company that sells it, and declaring one is exactly what puts it behind your answer.
What applies regardless is the contact form, which collects personal information whether or not anything sets a cookie. Its notice is given in full here, in short beside the form, and consent is an unticked box you must tick before anything is kept.

Your tracing choices
Everything optional this site can load is listed here, with who receives it, what it stores in your browser and where it goes. Change your mind as often as you like: refusing everything here is how an earlier choice is withdrawn.

What you chose
You have not been asked yet: nothing optional is loaded.
Your region
QuebecRest of CanadaEurope and the UKElsewhere
You are asked under Quebec’s Law 25. Nothing optional runs until you say yes, and anything that measures or profiles is off unless you turn it on. Each choice is separate, you can change or withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave it, and refusing has no consequence for you. Some of these tools belong to companies outside Quebec, so your information may be processed outside Quebec.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to legal@indominus.ms. You may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
The one thing we store without asking
If you ever make a choice here, we keep a record of it in your browser so that we can honour it — which categories you chose, which version of this list you were shown, and when. That record is strictly necessary to honour your answer, so it needs no consent of its own: asking permission to remember a refusal would be a trap. Only this site's server can read it, never a script, and it expires after six months. Until you choose, nothing is stored.
What the contact form collects
- At every door, required: your first and last name, your business email, your telephone number, your organisation, its address (the street line) and its location (city, province or state, postal code and country), and what you came to ask.
- Why we ask for all of it at every door: each message becomes a record in our customer system, and these are the details that let us record you correctly as a contact and your organisation as a company, so the person who answers knows who and where you are without asking again.
- If you give them: your job title, anything you chose to add, and how you prefer to be answered. At the general and consultation doors, your company's website and industry; at the consultation door its size is required, because the scope of an engagement depends on it. At the partner door, your firm's website is required — it is the address your own Passport would be published under. The media and investor doors ask nothing about your company beyond the above.
- Which door you came through, so a person able to answer that kind of request receives it, and the language you were reading, so they answer in it.
- That you ticked the consent box, which statement you were shown, and when — because an agreement nobody can evidence is not one.
- Nothing else. A field a door does not ask for is not read, even if the submission carries it.
Why we keep it, and what we never do with it
- So that a person can read your message and answer it, and so that we can show later that you agreed to be written to.
- It is never sold, never rented, and never used to build a profile of you.
- We write to you about nothing but the request you sent, unless you ask us to.
Where it goes
- Into our own customer record and nowhere else. This site keeps nothing: it passes the message on and holds no copy.
- One check happens before you send: after you type a postal code, our server looks up that code and the country you chose in a public postal directory (Zippopotam.us) to suggest your city and province. Your browser does not contact the directory; it receives only the country and the start of the postal code, nothing else you typed, and nothing from this step is kept. The suggestion is marked as such and you can change it.
- The customer record runs on Microsoft services, like this site. Depending on the service, some processing may take place outside Québec, and we limit that to what is needed to run the site and answer you.
- We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation it opened continues, and the evidence of your consent for as long as we could be asked to show it.
Your rights, and how to use them
- Ask which personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
- Ask for anything inaccurate or incomplete to be corrected.
- Withdraw your consent, and ask for everything we hold about you to be deleted. Say so and we will do it.
- Complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if our answer does not satisfy you.
- Write to legal@indominus.ms. A person at the responsible entity answers, not a ticketing system.
